This seminar will examine the critical need for Responsible AI (formerly known as Ethical AI) to: Accelerate the social value of AI; ensure everyone has access to benefits and mitigate negative impacts and unintended consequences. We’ll discuss the varied approaches to Responsible AI across the globe, including the United States’ human rights approach, and explain why a multi-stakeholder strategy that unites government, industry, civil society, and academia to accelerate adoption of AI in the global public interest offers the best chance of success.
